Slashdot, Digg, Techmeme, Hacker News, Huffington Post, Flipboard, News.me, Buzzfeed und noch viele weitere Plattformen gibt es in den USA, die dafür sorgen, daß Nutzer auf Inhalte aufmerksam gemacht werden. In Deutschland hingegen gibt es Rivva und auchYigg und Webnews, das war es dann, mit marginalen Nutzerzahlen. Oder habe ich da etwas übersehen?
Übershen wurde da nichts. Es gibt nichts vergleichbares in diese Richtung. Die Gründe?:
Woran liegt es, daß es bislang keine wirklichen Aggregatoren in Deutschland gibt? Weil wir alle die amerikanischen Plattformen nutzen? Weil wir mit den Online-Angeboten der Medienhäuser zufrieden sind? Weil das dahinterliegende Geschäftsmodell eines werbefinanzierten Angebotes nicht attraktiv erscheint?
Ich glaube kaum, dass einer diese Fragen mit JA beantworten würde. Ich denke eher, dass die künstliche Qualitätsjournalismus-Debatte bei diesem Thema jeden kreativen und sinnvollen Gedanken in den letzten Jahren im Keim erstickt hat.
Zeit das Thema mal wieder offen und zielgerichtet zu denken.
