Ziesemer spricht von einer “Kreativitätskrise in den Verlagen” und davon, dass die Verlage den technischen Anschluss verpassen, weil sie sich Management-Seitig nicht darauf einstellen. Er hält einen “Chief technology Officer” in jedem Verlagshaus für lange Überfällig.
Den schönsten Absatz gibt es ganz zum Schluss des Interviews. Ziesemer geht darauf, ein dass sich Verlage generell sehr schwer damit tun, einzusehen, wenn etwas keinen Sinn mehr macht und man sich von bestehenden Modellen trennen muss. Oft passiert dann aber das Gegenteil:
