- Die Artikeltexte sind weder animierend noch persönlich, noch irgendwie ansprechend
Das sind nur die offensichtlichsten Fehler. Und leider passiert genau das gleiche immer wieder, wenn Zeitungen sich im E Commerce versuchen. Die Konzepte werden oft schlicht nicht richtig verstanden und vorschnell wieder begraben, “weil man ja schon immer wusste, dass das nicht klappt”.
Es müssen sich klare Zuständigkeiten entwickeln
Es bilden sich einfach keine fähigen Online-Units aus, die die Integration begleiten und steuern und auch mal dem Anzeigenverkäufer erklären, um was es eigentlich geht. Eigene Teams, die sich wirklich gedanken darüber machen, wie dem Leser geholfen werden kann und wie man sich selbst positioniert – ohne die “von Oben herab Zeitungsallüren”. Social heißt schließlich social, weil es etwas mit sozial zu tun hat – ein arrogantes Arschloch will keiner zum Freund. Einzige erkennbare Ausnahme ist für mich Axel Springer. Hier hat man zumindest bei Bild.de und Welt.de inzwischen einen guten Weg gefunden auch neue Konzepte Sinnvoll testen zu können.
Bei den meisten kleineren hat man von außen dagegen das Gefühl, dass sich Inhouse einfach niemand um die Projekte kümmert. Die technische Seite ist mit den richtigen Dienstleistern schnell aufgesetzt und ab dem Punkt fehlen scheinbar jegliche Zuständigkeiten in der internen Struktur.
Ich bin gespannt, wie lange es noch braucht, bis endlich einer Aufwacht und versucht aus den bestehenden Lesern eine funktionierende Community zu bilden. Das muss nicht die eine große “Leser-Community” sein. Aber ein paar, die gerne Schnäppchen jagen, ein paar, die sich über Sport austauschen, ein paar, die lieber ins Kino gehen. Ein paar die sich nur für das Geschehen in Castrop-Rauxel interessieren – das dafür aber richtig.
Mit sauber getrennten Zielgruppen lässt es sich anschließend auch erfolgreich arbeiten. Auch und gerade mit Social Commerce Konzepten.
